Giving Back $100k

Every year our goal is to invest $100k in consulting work to non-profit organizations.

The economy remains challenging and in the midst of increasingly difficult operating environments, one sector with a continually growing need is the non-profit community. Our non-profit community does so much with their limited resources to deliver programs and services that meet vital needs in our community that many times they are focused on operating today while only hoping for a better tomorrow.

We decided to adopt this critical need as a challenge and during the firm’s strategic planning we wrestled with how we could make a difference in helping our non-profit community. We have decided the most leveraged way of giving back to our community would be through pro bono consulting work delivered directly to non-profit senior management and boards of directors that are committed to lasting change. So, our goal is to invest $100,000 of our consulting work directly to select non-profit organizations. We will focus our pro bono consulting on our professional services of strategic planning, branding, performance management, leadership and organizational development – just to name a few.

While that is great news, it gets better. We are asking for your nomination to identify non-profit organizations that could benefit from our professionally delivered services.
